Andrei Serves up the Hugs

17 year-old Andrei was another one of CAMTA’s last patients before the pandemic. Everything was closed here and he wasn’t able to access a clinic to remove his cast, so his dad cut it off for him.

He came back this year because he has been falling and is unable to walk without pain. His dad took him to many places but couldn’t get the help he needed.

Today CAMTA surgeons corrected his knee alignment and he hopes to be able to run and get up and down off the floor to play with his toy cars!
Full of hugs and smiles everywhere he goes, he’s definitely happy to be back with his CAMTA friends and looking forward to feeling better.
