Operating Room DREAM TEAM!
While most of the team is helping out in the clinic, the OR staff and remaining team members convert virtually empty rooms into operation suites, a recovery room and storage areas. This is one of the most intensive and demanding jobs of the day. Team members must unload all supplies, prepare surgical trays and instruments for sterilization. As the surgeons choose patients they must prepare equipment and surgical suites accordingly. This also includes sorting all medications, organizing equipment on shelves for use during surgery and recovery. These women worked tirelessly and took very few, if any, breaks during our 11 hour day today!! Thank you so much, Ladies!!!
