Happiness Prescriptions

At about 2:00 am we arrived to the NH Collections Hotel in Quito. We were welcomed with open arms and smiles full of love and kindness. The staff at the hotel had put together what they called “happiness prescriptions” for each of us and set them

in a box for us to pick up. 

 

In Ecuador, outstanding hospitality is expected, however, it was clear that the welcome we received was much more – a reunion of family and friends. CAMTA has been staying with NH Collections for 17 of the last 18 years! Gestures such as these really remind us of the value and importance of meaningful and continuous relationships with our local partners.
