Ambassador’s first visit to CAMTA 

Canadian Ambassador to Ecuador, Stephen Potter, visited CAMTA at Hospital Padre Carollo Wednesday morning. He spoke with co-founders Barb Moreau and Dr. Marc Moreau about the purpose of the medical mission.

Adult Orthopdedic surgeon Dr. Tim Kostamo explains the procedure he will perform on an 18-year-old patient with congenital hip dysplasia.

Dr. Kostamo says that he performs about 300 procedures a year in Canada, and might see a case like this once every five years.
