Our First (Week 2) Patients Are Sent Home

Fabian is proud to have made it all the way down the corridor on his first try. Mercedes laughs wholeheartedly telling us she feels so good she is “ready to go dance all night” ! 

Our adult patients from yesterday were greeted this morning by the friendly faces of the physiotherapists. Before sending them home for further recovery, CAMTA ensures that all patients are assessed by physiotherapists and that they are confident doing their home exercises. The patients are ready to go home when they stand up, walk, sit and walk up the stairs.
