The Return of Sister Maria Teresa

Sister Maria Teresa is a 75 year old Nun who first met the CAMTA team in 2014. She was one of the eldest patients approved for a total hip replacement throughout the past ten years of missions. She has returned this year to have her other hip replaced.

On Day 3, Sister Maria discussed with General Volunteer, Ian Stefanuk, how excited she was for her surgery which successfully occurred this morning.

Sister Maria and Sister Dolly smile for the camera. Sister Maria walked hours after her surgery and was very grateful to the CAMTA team for the work that they do for those less fortunate.
