Last executive meeting before departure.
As I type, the executive are sitting at a table in The Dish on Stony Plain Road in Edmonton for the final discussions and decisions before our departure. There is a general meeting next week and then the final packing bee at the warehouse on January 26th.
Each executive member has updated the meeting as a whole on the status of their professional area. We've learned that the medications are ordered but that the Pentaspan is currently lost on the loading dock at the hospital. We've learned that a member successfully used Facebook to promote her participation in CAMTA. As I type we are discussing the post-operative total hip care orders. One of us will follow up about that one.
We are taking a complete SIGN nail system to Ecuador and there is a hospital in Quito and one in Cuenca that are interested in this unique system of nailing broken bones so that the patient can ambulate.
That's all for now — time to get back to doing the minutes.
Thanks.
John
