CAMTA: Saint City Rotary sponsors CAMTA through a new GOLF TOURNAMENT

Hi All,Check your schedules/ Trade your shifts/ Change your plans!!!!!  BE PART OF THE 2009 GOLF TOURNAMENT at the Sturgeon Valley Golf and Country Club!  Why? — Because the Saint City Rotary Club in Saint Albert is sponsoring a golf tournament that will help CAMTA on Thursday August 27th.  We will share the proceeds with a couple of other projects that the Saint City Rotary Club is also supporting.
St City Rotary members need help!  It's a small club and they need volunteers from CAMTA to achieve success!  They need people to man each hole.  Each of you is an AMBASSADOR for CAMTA and all of the great work we do in Ecuador.  So if you have a day free and want to tell the golfers about CAMTA while you watch for holes in one and the “closest to the pin” etc then here's your chance.
Pleas e-mail me by “replying to” this e-mail and let me know if you can do one of the following volunteer roles:
1) Volunteer on the day of the event!  By volunteering you are also demonstrating to the Saint City Club Members that we are very thankful of the support that they give us through their gift of time and energy and through the subsequent monetary donation!
2) Recruit GOLFERSs!  Print out page 9 of the attached document.  It's the registration sheet.  Sign up friends, family and co-workers!  Please do it next week while it's “top of mind”.
3) Recruit SPONSORS!  If you know of a friend who's business might benefit from the exposure at the golf tournament then look at the attachment (also included in the text of the e-mail below) and phone and ask them if they would help CAMTA through the Saint City Rotary Golf Tournament.  Please do it NOW while you are thinking about it.
4) Recruit ITEMS for tournament prizes or recruit in-kind support of the tournament.  In-kind gifts could be almost anything a tournament needs to be successful like printing or advertising or paper napkins.
If you or your business friend needs more info or wishes to be a sponsor then they can contact Linda Perras.  Here's her details:
