Sophie and her father share a smile in pre-op, before Sophie goes in for surgery

Sophie Herrera, who is almost seven years old, has already had four surgeries on her hips. 

She had two surgeries on her right hip and one on her left in 2013. In 2014 she had a third operation on her right hip. Today Sophie had her fourth operation on her right hip to remove the original femoral hardware and replace it with a new prosthesis.
