A MEDICAL CLINIC STARTS OFF THE 2017 MISSION

As the CAMTA volunteers entered the hospital on Saturday, February 17, 2017, the waiting room was full of people waiting to be seen at the clinic for assessment. In addition to the new patients for this year, those who were treated during the 2016 mission will be seen in follow-up examination on this first day of clinics.  
As general practitioners, surgeons, nurses, and anesthetists work with the patients to determine their fitness for surgical intervention, other professionals are unpacking and setting up the wards. Surgeries start first thing Monday morning, so everything has to be unpacked and ready for use.
