2013 Annual General Meeting

A short and well run meeting last night.

Most department leads reported that packing for MIssion 2014 is well under way. The year end books were accepted; the current board of directors was re-elected by acclamation. 

Team members were reminded to make sure that their documentation has been notarized and submitted, that they use the proper forms to submit donations, and that they have ordered their scrubs and submitted ID photos. (All forms are on your Member Profile on the CAMTA website.)

CAMTA volunteers will be manning a casino at the Palace Casino on  April 1 and 2, 2014. Wendy Read will be organizing that event and seeking volunteers soon.
