CAMTA teams united at last

In the evening at 7pm, Teams One and Two walked one block from the hotel to have dinner at La Choza. Wonderful speeches were made prior to dinner being served. The CARNA Choice Award for nursing excellence was also awarded to Debbra Chalupa for her outstanding performance. Congratulations, Deb!

When dinner commenced, there was plenty of entertainment to go around – providing exotic cultural flair with Ecuadorian music and dance. Shortly following the excellent dinner and entertainment, the hospital foundation, Tierra Nueva, kindly presented certificates of appreciation to CAMTA members for their participation in the XI Orthopedic Surgery Brigade.

 

It was a wonderful celebration to see the CAMTA crew finally together in Ecuador!
