Team Two has landed

Team Two has finally landed in Quito! Despite having an incredibly long day of travel, all members made it safe and sound… and filled with high spirits! After everyone made it through customs, luggage was collected. With the help of locals, hockey bags filled with medical supplies were transported onto the truck seen below.

 

At the same time luggage was loaded, Team Two also loaded themselves onto the bus, to reach the hotel.

CAMTA newcomers Sarah Lefebvre and Jennifer Jiang are ready to depart from the airport and waiting to land in a bed after being awake for more than 24 hours. However, exhaustion does not stop CAMTA members who are more than excited to be in Ecuador making a difference. More to come! Stay tuned…
