Frederico Salzmann

Sussana Gaviria (Translator), Frederico and his wife talk while waiting to be seen by the doctors at the CAMTA clinic.

Frederico Salzmann came to CAMTA for relief of his hip pain.  He was hopeful that he could receive a new hip so that he could work to support his wife and two children (a 7 year old girl and an 18 month old son).  He and his wife travelled from Guayaquil, about 450 kilometers away from Quito to attend the clinic.  Frederico's surgery went well and he will be back home playing with his children soon.

At 6 foot 4 inches, Frederico was certainly the tallest patient seen by CAMTA this week.  He was tall enough in fact that he popped a ceiling tile out when he reached the top of the practice stairs.
Barb Furler (Physiotherapist) and Frederico hit new heights on the practice stairs.
